The Smile Academy

The Smile Academy is the place for you to learn more about proper dental care and dental professions.  Have you ever considered being a dentist or a dental hygienist?  Are you interested in taking good care of your teeth?  If you answered yes to either question, you are in the right place!  If you can complete the lessons below, and prove your smile smarts, you could be a graduate of The Smile Academy!

    Ready to graduate from the Smile Academy?
    Completion Form - When you have completed all of the
    modules for your grade level, print this form and fill it
    out.  Be sure an adult signs it to verify your work.
