Background

Dr. Paul A. Zitterbart  recently re-joined the Department of Oral Pathology, Medicine & Radiology after spending the last few years with the departments of Oral Biology & Preventive & Community Dentistry.  After receiving his DDS degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Zitterbart reported for  military service in the U.S. Air Force.  Upon completion of his military duties, he returned to IUSD, where he began his tenure with an earlier incarnation of this department.  He completed both his MSD & MPH while a full-time IUSD faculty member.  Currently, in addition to his duties here at IUSD, Dr. Zitterbart provides dental services to patients with high-risk diseases at the Marion County Health Department's Marott Dental Clinic.  He is also a member of  theAmerican Association of Public Health Dentistry & the Indiana Public Health Association.
