Graduate Application

To apply to the following Indiana University School of Dentistry graduate programs, applicants must apply through the Postdoctoral Applicant Support Service (PASS).  The 2014 PASS application will be available in May 2013.  If admitted to one of these programs, applicants will be required to complete the University Online Graduate Application at that time.  

Endodontics, GPR, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry and Prosthodontics

To apply to Indiana University School of Dentistry MSD graduate programs in dental materials, operative dentistry, periodontics, and preventive dentistry, you must complete the University Online Graduate Application. A non-refundable only payable by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa is required in order to process the application.

MSD Programs:  The Master of Science in Dentistry program is intended primarily for students who have received the doctorate in dentistry and wish to go on to obtain an adequate background in one of the various disciplines of dentistry or of the allied basic sciences in order to broaden their dental background or to complete the academic requirements for specialty boards.
