Registration Procedures: Applications for registration will be processed in the order received and on a space available basis. We suggest early registration for limited attendance programs and hands-on workshops. To secure a place in a course a completed registration form and either a full or prearranged partial payment must be received for each participant.
ONLINE Regestering online is the quickest, easiest and most secure method of regestering. You can pay online by credit card and get an instant receipt. Each course has an individual link for regestering. Please contact the CE office in case of questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
CALL You can register by phone by calling 812-855-4224 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Please indicate you want to register for a School of Dentistry course and the name and date of the course you are insterested in attending. In case of questions, you can call our toll-free number at 888-373-IUSD (4873) and use your credit card* to register.

Registration Fees: Registration fees include tuition, course materials, refreshments and lunch when indicated.
Refund Policy: No refunds for lectures within 7 days of a course, or 14 days for workshop refunds. A $25 refund fee will apply unless otherwise indicated.
