Mission Statement: Our Mission is to offer quality lifelong learning educational opportunities for dentists and allied dental personnel.
Registration Procedures: Applications for registration will be processed in the order received and on a space available basis. We suggest early registration for limited attendance programs and hands-on workshops. To secure a place in a course a completed registration form and either a full or prearranged partial payment must be received for each participant .

* All MasterCard and Visa credit card charges received for registration will appear on your credit card statements as "IUPUI Bursar."
Registration Fees: Registration fees include tuition, course materials, refreshments and lunch when indicated. Each dentist and or first office representative pays full tuition. Additional office representatives may attend at a reduced fee. To assist the fully retired or disabled meet there licensure requirements, special programs and fees have been arranged . Please call for further information.
Refund Policy: 25% of the tuition fee will be assessed if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the program; 40% of the tuition fee will be assessed if cancellation occurs within 3 days of a lecture program and no refunds will be granted the day of the program. All cancellation fees are calculated back from 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the lecture program. The balance remaining may be transferred to another lecture program, credited to your credit card, or you may request a refund check. Requests for refunds must be made within 2 weeks of the program date and directed to the Office of Continuing Education. This refund policy does not apply to limited attendance lecture programs or combination lecture hands-on workshops. Unless otherwise stated, No refunds will be granted 21 days prior to any limited attendance program or combination lecture / hands-on workshop.
