Room Requirements
Room Requirements Specifications, Supplies & Preparation for a Temporary Seal Indiana Clinic
A closed and properly ventilated room or space at least 35 x 35 feet (Note photo illustration/to the right), with no rugs, if possible, and large enough for 2 portable dental operatories, dental supplies and a waiting area for children. (If we will be using a classroom, please inform the “owner” of the room.)
2 tables (one for supplies and one for student check-in/paperwork)
At least 2 available electrical plugs
Internet connection close by, if possible
4-6 folding chairs
1-2 large trash cans
Close to bathroom facility, if possible
The room should be clean and free of clutter in all areas. Tables should be ready to use with nothing on them.
Because of required infection control, rooms we are NOT allowed to use:
Basements that are
not
clean and appropriately furnished
Dirty rooms
Laundry facilities/janitorial
Locker rooms with bathrooms
Hallways
