All applicants will need to fulfill all prerequisite dental requirements for admittance to the DDS Program and apply through AADSAS.  Interested students will also need to fill out the Ph.D. application. In addition, applicants are required to complete the General GRE examination.  A minimum GRE percentile score of 600 in either the verbal or quantitative sections is requried.  The combined Ph.D./D.D.S. program is eight years in length.
