The mission of the Department of Oral
Pathology, Medicine & Radiology is to utilize the disciplines of the
department to support Indiana University School of Dentistry in their missions
& goals for Education, Research, Patient Care & Service.

Where do I refer a patient with an oral
medicine problem?
Although there is not currently
an oral
medicine clinic associated with the department, several of our faculty members are
seeing patients with oral medicine problems through private
practices.
To schedule with Dr. Susan L.
Zunt, who sees
her patients through The Center for Oral Diagnosis and Treatment in the Dental Faculty Private Practice, please
call Nikki Guerrettaz at 317/274-5250.
To schedule with Dr. Ginat W.
Mirowski, who
sees her patients in a private practice outside of the university, please phone 317/359-5357.
Where do I refer a patient with a TMJ/TMD or
facial pain problem?
TMJ/TMD & facial pain patients are being
seen by Dr. Edwin T.
Parks through The Center for Oral Diagnosis and
Treatment. To schedule an appointment in this
clinic, please call Nikki Guerrettaz at 317/274-5250. TMJ/TMD and facial
pain patients are also seen by the students in the General Practice Residency program, which is
administered by Dr. William Hine in the Department of Oral Surgery & Hospital
Dentistry.
