As many of you know, for many years, the Oral Surgery Program at IUSD was guided by the wisdom and leadership of Dr. Charles E. Hutton. During his 25 plus years of service to the program, Dr. Hutton served as a teacher, friend, mentor and colleague to
numerous graduates of the Oral Surgery Program. He is highly regarded for the professionalism and commitment he displayed
during his service as a faculty member and Department Chairman of the program.
To that end, in January of 2005, the Hutton Circle was introduced to honor Dr. Hutton as well as enhance the ability of the program
to provide a well rounded and fulfilling educational experience for oral surgery
residents. Gifts to the Hutton Circle
Program are designated to the Oral Surgery Fund and will be utilized to enhance
the residency by supporting many activities such as: guest lecturers, resident attendance
at scientific meetings, resident research, resident cleft surgery trips, and the
department library.
Those desiring to become a Hutton Circle member can choose to participate at three different giving categories:
Partner ($5000+ annually) Associate
($2500+ annually) or Friend ($1000+ annually)
