APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
COMPLETED APPLICATIONS AND SUPPORTING
MATERIALS MUST REACH THE DENTAL ASSISTING OFFICE BY
JUNE 1st
of the year prior to the Fall Semester you wish to enter the program.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Applicants must apply and be admissible to
IUPUI. The Dental Assisting Program applications are available from the IUPUI
